TOMITA KOHEI

Chef Tomita began his career at the renowned Japanese restaurant "吉兆‐Kitcho". He refined his craft at a luxury hotel, a fugu and suppon specialty restaurant, and a traditional sushi restaurant, before becoming Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred "しらに田‐Shiranita". Since 2019, he has been based in Hong Kong, continuing to share his passion for Japanese cuisine.

UCHIKI YUICHI

Chef Uchiki began his career at the esteemed Kyoto-style restaurant "熊魚菴 たん熊北店‐Yugyoan Tankuma Kitamise". He later served as Head Chef at "嵯峨野‐Sagano" in Fukuoka for eight years, during which the restaurant earned three Michelin stars. Since 2022, he has been based in Hong Kong, continuing to present the finest in Japanese cuisine.
